Electronic Fuel Injection

Model No. DL AM12

The simulation panel must be specially designed and realized to allow for a complete and easy learning of the techniques and of the electronic devices used for a correct fuel ignition and injection in the car.
This simulator must show how modern cars injection systems operate.

The experiments covered by the panel must be:
-Relationship between the duration of injector opening to the quantity of injected fuel
-Air temperature effect on the quantity of injected fuel
-Signal analysis with oscilloscope
-Injection time calculation with oscilloscope
-Injection time calculation with tachometer and dwell meter
-MAF sensor operation
-Valve position switch output signals
-Valve position sensor output signals
-Study of injector activation signal at various conditions
-Injection duration at various speeds, temperatures and engine loads
-Oxygen sensor operation

The trainer must be specially designed in vertical frames, bench-top, so as students can watch the theoretical and practical study of the automotive systems.
The simulator must consist of a panel operated by a PC with a coloured diagram that should clearly show the structure of the system and should allow the location of components on it.
The display of the information available on the PC screen must allow the continuous control of the educational system.
The operational conditions must be entered by the students.
The insertion of faults must be carried out through the PC.
The trainer must be supplied with the software and the documentation that shall guide the student to the study and the performance of the simulation exercises.
The scheme must utilize the symbols specified by the DIN regulations
The simulator panels must be made of fire varnished metal covered by a coloured polyester glue 150  3M7962.
The front panel must have the RAL colour 1007 and schematic diagram.
External dimensions: 1041 x 690 x 150 (470 with the base) mm.
All components and leads must be made to protect the safety of the students according to the laws in force.
It must be provided with manual in English language
